Our Story
Built with Heart, Guided by Experience
The Linden Center was founded in 2023 by two Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) with over a decade of experience in the field. Driven by our passion for early intervention, we set out to create a space designed to support each child’s unique needs while partnering closely with their families. And above all, we wanted to build a place where kids can simply be kids!
As we developed the center, we prioritized creating spaces that nurture children’s strengths and foster communication, social skills, and independence. Our goal is for The Linden Center to be a welcoming and supportive place for families, no matter where they are on their journey.
Our Mission
A Space for Children to Thrive
and Families to Flourish
Our commitment is to create a natural, inclusive environment
where children can thrive and families feel supported, guided by
our values of dignity, collaboration, commitment, and growth.
BCBA Qualifications

Our BCBAs are certified through the BACB (Behavior Analyst Certification Board) and licensed in Michigan as Licensed Behavior Analysts (LBAs). They assess clients, set personalized goals in collaboration with caregivers, and ensure treatment plans are evidence-based and effective.
BCBA Responsibilities:
- Leading caregiver collaboration meetings.
- Supervising behavior technicians to ensure proper application of techniques.
- Tracking and analyzing client progress toward goals. Your BCBA is your primary point of contact for any questions or concerns regarding your child’s treatment.
Behavior Technicians
Behavior Technicians (BTs/RBTs)
Trained and supervised by a BCBA, behavior technicians provide one-on-one therapy directly to clients. They implement the individualized treatment plans created by the BCBA, focusing on helping children develop skills and achieve goals in a supportive and engaging environment.
